Meet Sadie, our Practice Coordinator! With over three years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Sadie brings warmth, organization, and genuine compassion for people to everything she does. She's worked with Dr. Horne before, and the two are thrilled to be reunited at Northwest Chiropractic!

Sadie is passionate about making sure every patient feels comfortable, welcomed, and supported from the moment they walk through our doors — whether that's answering questions, helping with scheduling, or just being a friendly face at the front desk.A Vermont native, Sadie grew up in Essex and recently made the move to St. Albans.

She's excited to become part of this new community and get to know the wonderful faces of Franklin County! When she's not at the office, you'll likely find her outside — camping with friends and family, fishing, kayaking, hiking, or at the gym. Her active lifestyle fits right in with our goal of helping people move and feel their best!
